Our passionate bakers take their time to let our breads proof slowly to extend fermentation, which eventually intensifies the flavours and textures of each creation. Fleur and Fleur takes freshness seriously. We use healthier, omega-enriched eggs combined with flours of protein strengths to ensure the quality of our breads. Everyday we roll out only the freshest creations, straight from our always-baking kitchen. We also use European butter, French cream and Japanese matcha powder to further give rich taste to every bread.
